Grown by 1,500 dedicated members of Café Organics Marcala, this coffee is cultivated at altitudes of 1300–1700 meters in the clay mineral-rich soils of Marcala, La Paz. The beans include Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties, producing depth, clarity, and aromatic richness in every sip.
Processed using the fully washed and sun-dried method, these beans deliver a clean, vibrant, and expressive cup — a true reflection of Honduras’s celebrated coffee heritage.
