Nicaraguan Molino Norte: Cocoa and Citrus Harmony
Experience the vibrant character of Nicaragua with Molino Norte — a medium roast coffee graded SHG/EP that delights the senses with harmonious notes of cocoa, floral nuances, and bright citrus tones. Each cup delivers a rich, aromatic, and well-rounded experience.
Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Molino Norte region of Matagalpa, this coffee is crafted from Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties grown at 900–1590 meters in fertile clay mineral soils. The careful cultivation at these altitudes brings out both complexity and clarity in the cup.
Processed using the fully washed method with 12–14 hours of fermentation and dried on patios and raised beds, these beans produce a clean, vibrant, and expressive brew — a true reflection of Nicaragua’s unique coffee heritage.
